Yes, you need to create an account to use Plushy.app. Registration is quick and simple, requiring only your email address. Creating an account allows you to keep track of your transformations and manage your credits.

Each photo transformation costs 10 credits. New users receive one free transformation (low-quality, watermarked) to try the service. Additional credits can be purchased through our pricing plans: $1.99 for 3 transformations, $2.99 for 5 transformations, or $5.99 for 10 transformations. Credits never expire, so you can use them whenever you want.

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. However, your credits never expire, so you can use them at any time in the future.

Most transformations complete within 1-3 minutes, depending on server load and the complexity of the image. You'll receive a notification when your transformation is ready.

Free transformations (available to new users) have lower image quality and include a Plushy.app watermark. Paid transformations provide higher resolution, better quality, and no watermarks. Paid transformations also receive priority processing.

While we strive for high-quality results, the AI transformation process can occasionally produce unexpected outcomes. If you're not satisfied with your transformation, we recommend trying a different photo with better lighting and a clearer subject. Due to the nature of our service, we generally don't provide refunds for completed transformations.

Currently, we don't offer built-in editing tools. You receive the final transformed image, which you can download and edit with other software if needed. We're exploring adding basic editing features in future updates.

We take your privacy very seriously. Your original photos and transformed images are stored securely and are only accessible to you. We don't use your personal photos for any purpose other than providing the transformation service. Please review our Privacy Policy for more detailed information.

Yes, you can delete both your original and transformed images from your dashboard at any time. When you delete an image, it's permanently removed from our servers.

We accept JPG, PNG, and WEBP file formats. The maximum file size is 10MB per image.
