How to Delete Your Data

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from Plushy.app at any time. There are two ways to request data deletion:

Option 1: Through Your Account Settings

If you have an active Plushy.app account:

Log in to your account at plushy.app/login
Go to Account Settings
Scroll to the "Privacy & Data" section
Click "Delete My Account"
Confirm the deletion by checking the confirmation box and clicking "Delete My Account"

Option 2: Contact Us Directly

If you cannot access your account or prefer to request deletion by email:

Send an email to chloe@plushy.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

The email address associated with your Plushy.app account
Your full name (as registered on the account)

What Data Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, we permanently remove the following data from our systems:

Account information: Your name, email address, and login credentials
Uploaded images: All original photos you uploaded to Plushy.app
Transformed images: All plushy-style images generated from your uploads
Purchase history: Records of credit purchases and transactions
Usage data: Style preferences, transformation history, and analytics data tied to your account
Any remaining credits: Unused credits on your account will be forfeited

Processing Timeline

We process all data deletion requests within 30 days of receiving the request. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

Please note:

Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
We may retain certain information as required by law, such as records needed for tax or legal compliance, for up to the period required by applicable regulations.
Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained for analytics purposes.

Third-Party Data

If you signed up using a third-party service (such as Google or Facebook), deleting your Plushy.app account removes your data from our systems. To revoke Plushy.app's access to your third-party account:

Google: Go to Google Account Permissions and remove Plushy.app
Facebook: Go to Facebook App Settings and remove Plushy.app

Data Export

Before deleting your account, you may request a copy of all your data. Send an email to chloe@plushy.app with the subject line "Data Export Request" and we will provide a downloadable copy of your data within 30 days.
